Quarterly Sponsor Networking Meetings
Join us for our quarterly networking meetings, designed to foster collaboration, provide valuable project updates, and explore synergies between sponsors. These sessions are an excellent opportunity to strengthen your network, gain insights into the GT3 program, and engage in meaningful discussions with fellow sponsors and project representatives.

To maximize the outcome, each sponsor is encouraged to be represented by at least one employee from both the sales and procurement departments.
Purpose: To create and strengthen networks among sponsors while providing updates on project progress.
Content:

Presentation of project updates, including developments in the GT3 program.

Group discussions and brainstorming on potential synergies between sponsors.

Light refreshments and informal networking.
Date: Once per quarter, on the first Wednesday of the first month of the quarter.
Duration: 2 hours (6:00 PM–8:00 PM).
Location: Virtual (via Teams/Zoom) or in person, e.g., at a central conference center.

Participants: Sponsors and representatives from the project team.
Competence Development Days
​
The Competence Development Days combine theory and practice to enhance collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving. The day focuses on teambuilding, case-based learning, and addressing the company’s own challenges, ensuring solutions are relevant and directly applicable.

By involving participants from all levels of the organizational hierarchy, new and unconventional questions are raised, sparking creative and groundbreaking answers that lead to innovative solutions and fresh perspectives.
Purpose: To inspire and challenge employees through development workshops.

A 3-hour workshop focusing on innovation and collaboration.

Emphasis on teambuilding and problem-solving through case-based learning.

Work on real-life challenges and foster understanding across all levels of the organizational hierarchy, from strategic leadership to operational functions, using group work that promotes creativity and innovation.
Date: As agreed between the sponsor and the organizer.
Duration: Full-day event (9:00 AM–4:00 PM).
Location: At the sponsor’s premises, in the project’s training facilities, or at a hotel conference center.

Employee Activities (Social Events)

Social events offer a unique opportunity to break down cultural and social barriers across the organization. Through engaging activities such as sim racing or go-kart competitions, combined with inspiring talks, a shared foundation is built that strengthens teamwork and relationships among employees. The result is an improved work environment and an organization that collaborates more effectively as a whole.
Purpose: Strengthen relationships and cohesion within the sponsor company.

Competitions in sim racing or go-karting with internal and external teams.

Motivational talks by a racing driver from the project.

Prizes for the best teams, such as a ride in a real GT3 car as a co-driver.
Date: As per the sponsor’s preference (summer and autumn months are recommended).

Location: Local go-kart tracks, sim racing facilities, or the sponsor's location.

Annual Highlight – Sponsor Gathering and Media Event

The annual highlight brings sponsors together for a day filled with excitement and exposure. With race demonstrations, panel discussions, and media coverage, we celebrate milestones and strengthen partnerships. The day concludes with a networking dinner, offering opportunities to build even closer connections.
Purpose: Maximize sponsor exposure and celebrate key milestones.

Family Motorsport Day - Fun, Food, and Racing Adventures

The day is packed with activities tailored for all ages, including child-friendly attractions like go-karting and simulation games. Families can enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch and meet professional racing drivers, who will share tips and provide a behind-the-scenes look at the world of motorsport.
Purpose: Provide a relaxed and enjoyable day for sponsors and their families.
